What is included

Targeted testing
We will isolate the reported problem and confirm which repair or replacement is suitable for the package.
Implement and test
We secure the previous settings, implement the agreed change and test it, for example with a form request.
Document the result
You will receive the findings, the change, and the test documents. Reports in GA4 and Google Ads may appear delayed.
Shop or Data Layer build, server-side tracking, and CRM/offline import are separate projects. Licenses are not included. The cookie consent check is technical and does not replace legal advice.

No GTM, GA4 or tracking yet?
No problem. Just briefly describe what you want to measure. For a new standard setup, the Express setup is available for CHF 590. You don’t need to set anything up before requesting. After your approval, I will prepare the accounts and the measurement; we will discuss the necessary confirmations together.
How much do I have to do myself?
You briefly describe your request and confirm the offer. If necessary, you invite me via the guided access help. I will set up, troubleshoot, and test the system. If a code needs to be added to your website, I will integrate it with your shared access. Alternatively, your web developer will receive the finished code and a brief guide.
How is it tested to see if everything works?
I prepare the configuration and test it as much as possible in a test environment. After the code is installed, I test it on your real website using Google Tag Assistant, GTM Preview, and GA4 DebugView: successfully submitted forms, cookie selection, and the agreed-upon action. Only this test on your website will show whether everything works together. You will receive the test logs.
What is included for CHF 590?
A website, a web GTM container, a GA4 property, and the measurement of a specific request with transfer to Google Ads, provided that an Ads account is available. If it is missing, we will arrange the setup; personal account, contract, and payment confirmations remain with you. The integration of an existing, technically suitable cookie banner, testing, and documentation are included. Shop tracking, server-side tracking, and new paid licenses are separate services.
When do the 24 hours begin?
Starting from the confirmed start date via email, as soon as payment is received, the necessary details and approvals are available. When your web developer inserts the code, we will agree on the date in advance. The final test is only possible once the code has been installed on your website.
I have accounts, but I need help with the logins.
Immediately after your request, you can open the access help: with my email for copying, direct links, and a few steps per tool. We will personally discuss which invitation we need. If you don’t want to continue, I will help you – you don’t need any prior knowledge.
Is the request non-binding? When do I pay?
First, you send a non-binding request. We agree on the service, price, and date. Only after your acceptance do you receive an invoice or a TWINT link, as well as the necessary steps for the access. By using the form, you are not placing an order or making a payment.
What if my problem is bigger?
We agree on the scope and price before commissioning the work with you. If a technical investigation is first required, we offer the diagnosis for CHF 99. You decide beforehand. Upon subsequent resolution of the same problem, we will charge the CHF 99 in full.
Can I ask a question as an agency?
Yes. I support agencies with specific tracking issues and new standard setups. You receive a documented handover with test documentation.
